Did you know Palm Beach Headland has recently been recognised for its night sky beauty with DarkSky International officially designating it as an Urban Night Sky Place?
The area becomes the 10th urban place recognised by the Arizona-based organisation and the first in the Southern Hemisphere. The official listing recognises the area for its darkness in an urban environment where light pollution obstructs views of the night sky.
